Popular events
Board games
The most popular event is the famous BwB or Biweekly board games. There is a boardgame night every second week where everyone brings their own games. Of course there are also a number of games which WSG Paragon owns. The BwB starts at 7 pm, in which some members usually eat something in advance at campus plaza. All board games are welcome!
Pub quiz
Test your knowledge of Games, Paragon and general facts that aren't usefull in any other situation in a fun pub quiz! No matter how well you do, it is always a great success. The best team also gets a small prize to take home.
Smash tournaments
As mentioned at the games section, a smash tournament is organized once a month. This switches between being in the weekend and beinb during the workweek. You will spend all day smashing against other people. There are many members with different skill levels so you never have to play against people who completely destroy you.
Movie night
With a fun movie, a snack and good company you will always have a great evening. A few days before the event there will be a poll in the WhatsApp group that decides which film we will watch. Be prepared for lame comments during the movie.
Creativity Night
Everyone can release their inner artist at this event. During these events we paint minifigure, crochet and do many other things. It's a night where you can do all your favorite arts and crafts. One thing about gamers is that they are very try-hard, so everyone takes it very seriously. Our discord also has a channel where you can always share your creations with the association.
Nintendo Night
Nintendo Night is a lot of fun at the forum. Everyone brings their switch or old consoles and then we play different nintendo games. Games that are played a lot at these events are mario party, mario kart and smash. These however aren't the only ones as we play lots of different nintendo games.
BBQ
In case of nice weather we will light a fire at the forum and have a barbecue together. Eating and drinking is of course arranged by the association, the only thing you have to do is show up in a good mood. Always a pleasant evening guaranteed.
Karaoke
This is the night where you can show everyone how good or bad your singing is. You can request songs yourself or see what the rest usually listens to. With or without alcohol you will always have a good night at karaoke.
Dungeons and Dragons
DnD is a TTRPG also called a fantasy tabletop role-playing game. We host several DnD related activities such as one-shots where you play a short version of the game. We also have DnD workshops where you learn how to be a DM or how to create a DnD character.
Jackbox
Jackbox games are partygames which you can join with your phone. There are tons of different Jackbox party packs with all kinds of fun and funny games we can play. Many inside jokes have been formed during these events. It can be hosted both offline in Forum and online via discord.
